It comes and goes very often during the day. It sleeps only when a mind is asleep. When it comes, you would day-dream in a state of mind,as if you are listening to it, looking at what it has to tell. Thoughts running wild maybe after it provoked you in believing it. Have you got those time? Do you have whispers chatters in your mind during anytime of the day?
During the day, I tried to not to listen to it. I can”t help it as it comes whenever it like, especially when I have something in my mind. It chatters really quickly when I tried to decide on things. When I tried to shut it, it whispers again. Here is what I had wrote down.
I do not need others to agree with me.
As I know where I am going, by doing so nothing will ever shake me to bring balance and peace in my life.
Have you been confident and positive in your thoughts? Do you shut those negative thoughts immediately or you secretly let it seep into you?
Recently, I attended a short programme. It is called Stressless Mind Programme, mainly to focus on our quiet moment in thoughts, in mind. The trainer who is a Relaxation and Personal Improvement Coach, a facilitator at Simbliss Mastery also a certified registered Hypnotherapist, she is also a friend of mine and her name is Chirleyz Loh.
She had explained and guided us through some easy practices to attain the quiet mind and having good positive affirmations in our life. I did it very attentively to my needs as truly I wanted to take something useful from this programme. I know I definitely needed to relax when I am asked to, but my senses tells me I am more visual visionized but I am not fully there. Well, it is obviously my first time in being not-so-hypnotized. But that is not a therapy session, Chirleyz guided us to be in a relax state with her soothing voice and we are suppose to train our minds to listen to us. In command.
After several guided practices, i got it. I noticed my quiet moment is much attainable and that is much obvious in me shutting those whisper-chatters off whenever it begins as I start to decide on what are my values to be affirmative in my dailys. So I told it to “‘GO AWAY”‘ and it did! instantly.
So proud of myself, being much more confident and have more faith in my own decisions. I started to realize I am not good with words in good values.
Do you have a list of Good VALUES? I don’t, honestly, I googled it “list of good values”. So that figures, why I am not so focused in my life when I don’t even know what values i want in my life!
I am grateful for the short programmed. I definitely will practice more on the state of quiet moment to gain clarity and to know me better in terms of priorities in my life to balance life and family with more gentleness and love.
